Welcome to Aquafresh RO System. This website (www.aquafreshro.co.in) is owned and operated by Aquafresh RO System (referred to here as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, purchasing our domestic/commercial water purifiers, or booking our maintenance services, you (the "User", "Customer") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing any transaction.

1. Eligibility and User Representation

By using this website, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and authentic data during registration or checkout. The Company reserves the right to validate customer information at any time. If any information is found to be false or misleading, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or cancel pending orders without prior notice.

2. Product Information, Colors, and Pricing

• Visual Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors, dimensions, and specifications of our RO systems as accurately as possible. However, because actual colors depend on your monitor or display settings, we cannot guarantee completely precise visual representations.

• Pricing Adjustments: All prices, product availability, and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of the Company.

• Pricing Errors: In the event that a product is accidentally listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, the Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed. If payment has been received, a full refund will be immediately issued.

3. Orders, Cancellations, and Redelivery Costs

• Order Cancellations: Requests for cancellations of orders once successfully placed and processed on the website shall not be entertained. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

• Incomplete Delivery Data: If a package cannot be delivered or is delayed due to an error on the Customer's part (e.g., incorrect shipping address, wrong contact number, or unavailability of the recipient), any extra logistical fees or re-delivery charges incurred by the Company will be claimed from and payable by the User.

4. Region-Specific Installation & Warranty Terms

Aquafresh RO System operates distinct fulfillment and technical support models depending on your geographic location within India:

• Within Delhi & NCR Limits:

  • Standard installation and doorstep delivery are provided.

  • Products come with a twelve (12) month warranty covering manufacturing defects on electrical components (such as the RO Booster Pump and SMPS/Adapter) from the date of purchase.

• Rest of India (Outside Delhi & NCR):

  • Free standard shipment via private transit partners is provided across major cities.

  • For locations outside Delhi-NCR, installation and regular upkeep are the sole responsibility and financial obligation of the Customer, to be executed via a local technician of their choice.

  • If an eligible electrical component fails within the 12-month warranty period, the replacement part will be provided and shipped exclusively via courier. The onsite labor for part swapping remains the Customer's responsibility.

• Consumable Exclusion: Under all circumstances and regions, consumable components—including but not limited to Pre-Filters, Sediment Filters, Carbon Filters, RO Membranes, and UV Lamps—are strictly excluded from the standard warranty and are fully chargeable, as their operational lifespan depends directly on input water TDS and daily usage volumes.

5. Critical Anti-Fraud and Marketplace Warning

• Authorized Purchasing Channels: Aquafresh RO System operates as an independent proprietorship firm. We do not authorize third-party dealers to sell our products on our behalf on public e-commerce multi-vendor portals (including unauthorized listings on platforms like Amazon or Flipkart).

• Warranty Voidance: We accept zero responsibility or liability for product performance, installation support, or warranty coverage for units purchased at unauthorized, highly discounted prices outside of this website or our certified physical showrooms. We are only responsible for authentic items accompanied by an official company invoice.

6. Secure Payments and Fraud Prevention

We accept secure payment avenues including Net Banking, UPI, and major Credit/Debit Cards across India.

• Credit Card Responsibility: The Company will not be held liable for any type of online credit card or digital payment fraud. The obligation to use a payment method lawfully lies strictly with the user, and the onus to prove otherwise remains exclusively with the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aquafresh RO System, its proprietors, and employees shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our water purification systems or digital services. This includes, without limitation, injuries, property damage, loss of data, or operational interruptions. Our peak liability under any proven claim is explicitly capped at the monetary invoice value paid by the Customer for the specific product or service in question.

8. Intellectual Property and Hyperlinking

Unless otherwise stated, all site architecture, graphics, copy, images, text, logos, and product designs featured on www.aquafreshro.co.in are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

• Users are prohibited from republishing, selling, renting, duplicating, or copying our media content for external commercial applications without explicit, written company permission.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement, its operational policies, and all transactions executed through this website shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable federal and local laws of India. Any legal disputes or proceedings arising directly out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
