Standard Service Procedure (SOP)
To ensure a professional, hygienic, and transparent service experience, every RO Water Purifier Service Technician must follow the procedures below during every customer visit.
1. Schedule the Service Visit

Contact the customer before visiting.

Confirm the customer's availability and schedule a convenient appointment.

Arrive at the agreed time and inform the customer in case of any delay.
2. Maintain Personal Hygiene and Professional Conduct

Upon arrival, greet the customer courteously.

Remove your shoes before entering the kitchen or service area, if applicable.
-
Wash and sanitize your hands before handling the RO water purifier or its components.
3. Diagnose the Problem Before Starting Work

Inspect the RO water purifier thoroughly to identify the issue.

Clearly explain the problem to the customer.

Provide a transparent estimate of the service or repair cost and obtain the customer's approval before beginning any repair or replacement.
4. Maintain Transparency During Spare Part Replacement
Whenever any filter or spare part is replaced:

Take a photograph showing the old spare part on the left side.
-
Place the new spare part to be installed on the right side and capture both in the same photograph.

Send the image to the company immediately.

The company will share these photographs with the customer via WhatsApp as proof of replacement, ensuring complete transparency.
5. Keep the Service Area Clean

Collect all used filters, plastic wrappers, packaging materials, and other waste generated during the service.

Dispose of the waste responsibly in the customer's dustbin.

Clean the RO water purifier and the surrounding work area before leaving.
6. Explain the Work Performed
After completing the service:

Briefly explain the work carried out.

Inform the customer about the parts replaced, repairs completed, and the current condition of the water purifier.

Share any maintenance tips or recommendations for future care.
7. Customer Verification and Feedback

Request the customer to inspect the completed service.
-
Confirm that they are satisfied with the work performed.
-
Record the customer's feedback and obtain service confirmation before closing the service request.
