1. What Does the Aquafresh Warranty Cover?

The Aquafresh manufacturer domestic warranty applies only to manufacturing defects in the Motor and SMPS during the applicable warranty period.

If an eligible Motor or SMPS manufacturing defect occurs within 12 or 24 months from the date of purchase, as applicable to the product and mentioned on the invoice, the customer may request warranty service.

For an eligible Motor or SMPS defect:

  • The affected component may be inspected by authorized service personnel.

  • If the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, warranty service will be provided according to the applicable warranty terms.

  • Visit charges will be waived where the reported issue is confirmed to be a covered Motor or SMPS manufacturing defect within the valid warranty period.

  • The customer must provide a valid purchase invoice or other acceptable proof of purchase.

  • Warranty eligibility is subject to inspection and confirmation by authorized service personnel.

2. Service & Visit Charges

The warranty does not mean that every service visit or every RO-related problem will be free of charge.

The warranty specifically covers eligible manufacturing defects in the Motor and SMPS only.

For all other complaints, including issues that are not covered under warranty, the applicable service/visit charge is:

This charge may apply even when the product is still within its warranty period if the reported problem is not a covered Motor or SMPS manufacturing defect.

Examples include:

  • Filter replacement

  • Membrane replacement

  • Leakage caused by tubing or fittings

  • Low or high water pressure

  • Damage to plastic, rubber, glass, or other components

The customer is responsible for applicable replacement parts and other charges where the issue is outside the warranty scope.


3. RO Installation Charges

For a newly purchased Aquafresh RO product, the applicable installation charge is:

The installation charge is separate from the manufacturer's warranty.

Installation by an unauthorized or third-party technician may affect warranty eligibility where the subsequent defect is attributable to improper installation, modification, or handling.

Customers are therefore advised to use authorized or approved installation/service support wherever available.


4. What Is Not Covered Under Warranty?

The Aquafresh warranty does not cover consumable items, physical damage, improper usage, unauthorized modifications, or conditions outside the recommended operating environment.

Consumable & Replaceable Parts

The following items are not covered:

  • RO Filters

  • RO Membranes

  • Mineral components

  • UF components

  • UV components

  • Tubes

  • Other consumable items

These components naturally require replacement or maintenance based on water quality, usage, and operating conditions.

Physical Components

Warranty does not cover:

  • Plastic parts

5. Improper Use & Unauthorized Modification

Warranty coverage may be rejected if the defect is caused by improper use or unauthorized modification.

This includes:

  • Failure to operate the RO according to the instruction manual

  • Improper installation

  • Unauthorized repairs

  • Modification or alteration of electrical circuitry

  • Modification of the physical construction of the RO

  • Use of unsuitable electrical connections

6. Site & Operating Conditions

The RO purifier must be operated under recommended operating conditions.

Warranty may not apply where the site or operating environment does not meet the recommended requirements of the product.

10. Important Warning – Unauthorized Sellers

Warranty Is Not Applicable to Products Purchased from Unauthorized Sellers

Aquafresh will not be responsible for warranty claims, service support, replacement, repair, or any other warranty obligation for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, unauthorized dealers, unauthorized websites, marketplaces, individuals, or other sources not recognized by Aquafresh.

Customers are strongly advised to purchase Aquafresh products only from authorized and genuine sales channels.

Before purchasing, customers should verify the seller and retain a valid purchase invoice.

CAUTION: A product may be genuine but still may not qualify for manufacturer warranty if it has been purchased through an unauthorized seller or channel.
